Role Description The Inside Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Oakville, ON, responsible for driving sales and supporting customers through phone, email, and online channels. Daily activities include responding to inquiries, providing product information and quotations, and following up to convert leads into orders. The role involves maintaining and growing assigned accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and accurately processing orders in alignment with ElectriHub’s pricing and discount structures. The Inside Sales Representative will collaborate with the wider sales and operations teams to meet revenue targets, track customer interactions in CRM tools, and identify opportunities to expand product usage and strengthen customer relationships.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills to engage prospects and drive new business.
Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and build long-term relationships.
Candidates should possess Account Management skills to maintain, grow, and retain existing customer accounts.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English, both verbally and in writing.
Comfort using CRM systems, online sales platforms, and basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, email tools).
Proven organizational skills with attention to detail in handling quotations, orders, and customer data.
Experience in electrical products or B2B industrial sales is an asset but not required.
High school diploma required; post-secondary education in Business, Sales, or a related field is an advantage.
