Infrastructure & Platform Services builds and runs the technology foundation for EA's games. Our teams deliver the live services and backend infrastructure that help teams ship and operate secure, reliable game experiences for millions of players worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Own and continuously improve key operating rhythms, ensuring they remain aligned with leadership priorities and drive clear decisions, accountability, and follow-through.
- Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives across IPS, partnering with engineering leads, product managers, and executive leadership to translate business priorities into clear plans and execution milestones.
- Establish and govern leadership reporting, synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data into clear insights, narratives, and recommendations for decision-making.
- Create and run communication mechanisms that improve employee understanding, leadership visibility, and alignment across the organization.
- Implement and continuously improve operational metrics and frameworks across distributed teams, in partnership with program and operations management teams.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to program, product, and engineering stakeholders, helping teams align, resolve ambiguity, and adapt effectively as requirements change.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional experience in business operations, operational strategy, or program management within a technology or entertainment environment.
- Exceptional cross-functional stakeholder management, with the ability to influence and drive results without direct line management authority.
- Proven track record of independently leading operating rhythms, strategic planning cadences, and continuous process improvement initiatives across distributed teams.
- Excellent executive communication, with the ability to synthesize complex information into concise, actionable insights and recommendations for senior leadership.
- Exceptional data fluency, with demonstrated success using BI reporting systems and operational metrics to generate actionable business insights.
- Demonstrated experience leading organizational change, including adoption of new tools, processes, and standardized operating practices.
- Experience with financial planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance tracking.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.

Compensation And Benefits
The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs).
PAY RANGES
- British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria) *$133,500 - $186,400 CAD
- Ontario *$133,500 - $179,700 CAD
Pay is just one part of the overall compensation at EA.
For Canada, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and other incentive programs.
