We are expanding our team and looking for an experienced IT Technician to join us in Ilidža.
The role is focused on working directly with computers and IT equipment, including diagnosing technical issues, repairing and testing equipment, installing software, and preparing computers for use or resale.
Key responsibilities:
- Repair and troubleshoot computers and laptops
- Install Windows and required software
- Test, replace, and troubleshoot hardware components
- Assemble and upgrade computers
- Clean and maintain equipment
- Assist with basic networking tasks
- Photograph and prepare equipment for online listings
Requirements:
- Previous hands-on IT experience is required
- Good knowledge of hardware and software
- Strong troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to work independently
- Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented
