social media and content marketing

We're looking for a Social Media & Content Marketing Specialist to grow Elevation Audiovisuals presence across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other platforms. This is a hands-on role focused on content creation, content judgment, and performance - someone who can independently come up with ideas, produce content, and improve it based on what's actually working.

Job Description

Create short-form content end-to-end - from concept and filming to editing, captions, and publishing (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, behind-the-scenes, trend-based and seasonal content)

Evaluate content performance (views, retention, engagement, CTR, etc.) and use that data plus creative judgment to decide what to repeat, improve, or drop

Write platform-appropriate copy - captions, hooks, scripts, ad copy

Must-haves

Experience managing social media for a business. Strong photography and visual content skills. Ability to create engaging Instagram Reels and short-form video. Creative eye with a commercial mindset so the content looks good and drives inquiries. Confident, professional communication skills. Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel occasionally to project sites. Ability to work independently and take initiative.

You are proactive and organized. You notice a finished project and think about how to turn it into useful content. You understand this role is about generating leads and building the brand, not just posting pretty pictures. You are comfortable both behind a camera and speaking with customers when needed, and you can manage a mix of advertising, website work, and office tasks without constant direction.
