Step into the world of elite sartorial craftsmanship. Our Client is seeking an exceptional, career-driven full-time Stylist/Wardrobe Consultant. In this role, you will not simply sell clothing; you will curate confidence, lifestyle, and a signature identity for our discerning clientele.
They cater to an elite tier of high-net-worth individuals, including executives, innovative creative leaders, media personalities, and professional athletes. Their clients view luxury wardrobing as an experience and a vital tool for their personal and professional brand.
What We Offer
- $55k base salary + 3% commission on personal sales, bonus incentives and benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct private, one-on-one wardrobe consultations to deeply understand each client’s lifestyle, preferences, and professional needs.
- Guide clients seamlessly through fabric selections, design specifications, and precise fittings for custom suits, formalwear, and luxury casual essentials.
- Actively manage and nurture your client portfolio, maintaining an elite standard of proactive service and outreach.
- Represent the brand as a sophisticated tastemaker, keeping a pulse on modern menswear trends and classic tailoring traditions.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven Luxury Experience: A mandatory minimum of 2+ years of experience in luxury retail or private client styling.
- Menswear Expertise: Deep, foundational knowledge of menswear styling, fabrication, and garment construction.
- Relationship-Driven: Exceptional emotional intelligence with a proven track record of managing and growing relationships with high-profile individuals.
