As a Document Controller, You Will

Manage the project inbox to ensure all documents are filed correctly.
Manage and coordinate documentation with internal and external clients as required.
Track documents using BIM360, Autodesk, and Fieldwire.

Is this role right for you?

Ability to interact effectively and professionally with staff at all levels, both in the office and remotely.
Knowledge of project documentation and engineering terminology.
Experience with various electronic drawing file formats.
Strong written, verbal, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience with BIM360, Autodesk, Fieldwire, M365, and/or SharePoint is an asset.
Bilingual (French and English, both oral and written). Proficiency in English is required to perform certain duties associated with the role, including communicating with stakeholders outside Quebec and consulting documentation available only in English.
Eligible for a "Secret" security clearance from the Government of Canada.
