Original job description

You, as an Executive Assistant, will:

Provide comprehensive administrative support by composing and editing a variety of documents. This includes but not limited to highly confidential correspondence, contracts, proposals, invoices, filing, and coding expense reports
Support the senior leadership team in a professional manner as required, providing appropriate responses and delivering messages when necessary, as well coordinate with other internal business units., as
Coordinating schedules, managing expense reports, managing calendars, including arranging travel details and preparing itineraries
Assist with meeting preparation by confirming locations, attendance and advance documentation, including details of invitations, catering, locations, distribution of event information and gifts or handouts, updating guest lists annually
Welcoming visitors to the company and directing them to meeting rooms, as necessary.
Organizing catering when requested, assist with event planning, coordinate and organize all aspects of internal meetings
Sorting Distributing mail and preparing outgoing courier packages
Proactive, Planning and establishing priorities to accomplish goals and deliver on tasks

You are professional, punctual and have a high attention to detail
You have 3-5 years of experience supporting Senior Leaders in a corporate environment
You are proficient and can navigate PDF files, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
You have a strong ability to quickly develop working relationships with a broad range of individuals both internally and externally at all levels within an organization
Exercise sound judgment by acting within your authority, escalating when needed, and maintaining strict professionalism and confidentiality
