Troubleshoot complex HCM issues, conduct root cause analysis, and coordinate resolutions across functional areas, including business processes, reporting, data integrity, and downstream system impacts.
Monitor and improve data quality and system integrity through audits, testing, exception reviews, and process improvement initiatives.
Lead impact assessments, testing, and deployment activities related to Workday releases, enhancements, and change requests affecting Core HCM and integrated modules such as Recruiting, Compensation, Absence, and Time Tracking.
Develop and maintain system documentation, training materials, and knowledge-sharing resources to support stakeholders, analysts, and end users.
Provide guidance and support on Workday HCM functionality, business processes, and best practices across the organization.
Support a hybrid work environment, with the ability to attend the Mississauga office two days per week and provide occasional after-hours support during system updates, critical incidents, or peak activity periods.
