📍 Location: Hamilton / Dundas, Ontario
💰 Compensation: $38–$48/hour (based on experience)

Ellos HR Solutions is proud to partner with a leading industrial automation and process control company in the Hamilton/Dundas area to recruit an experienced Combustion Service Technician (Intermediate Level).
Our client is a highly respected organization known for its technical expertise, innovative solutions, and commitment to employee development.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled G1 Gas Technician looking to advance their career in industrial combustion services while enjoying an outstanding compensation and benefits package.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
✅ Perform on-site commissioning, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of industrial boilers, burners, and combustion control systems.
✅ Install, configure, calibrate, and maintain industrial instrumentation and control equipment.
✅ Troubleshoot burner management systems, including Honeywell 7800, Fireye Nexus, and Siemens LMV.
✅ Conduct combustion analysis, burner tuning, and system optimization using portable gas analyzers.
✅ Provide technical support and exceptional customer service at industrial facilities.
✅ Interpret electrical schematics, technical drawings, and applicable safety codes.
🎯 Qualifications
🔹 Valid G1 Gas Technician Certification required.
🔹 Minimum 3 years of relevant industrial experience.
🔹 Strong knowledge of industrial boilers, burners, and combustion systems.
🔹 Experience with burner management systems and combustion controls.
🔹 Working knowledge of CSA B149 codes and regulations.
🔹 Experience with industrial instrumentation, calibration, and troubleshooting.
🔹 PLC, DCS, and process control experience considered an asset.
🔹 OBT certifications considered an asset.
🔹 Willingness to travel, work overtime, and participate in after-hours/on-call coverage when required.
