🚨 WE’RE HIRING: IT & ERP MANAGER | NORTH YORK, ON 🚨

Ellos HR Solutions is supporting a manufacturing company, (well-established food manufacturing company in North York), with the search for an IT & ERP Manager.

This is a hands-on role for someone who wants real ownership of both ERP and broader IT operations.

You’ll be the internal point person for the company’s technology environment, working closely with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, R&D, Sales, and Logistics.

Key responsibilities include:

🔹 Own and support Sage X3, including troubleshooting, improvements, testing, documentation, upgrades, and user support

🔹 Support ERP processes across finance, purchasing, inventory, production, quality, costing, manufacturing, and distribution

🔹 Improve master data integrity, reporting, controls, and business processes

🔹 Manage dashboards, KPI reporting, and ad hoc business reporting

🔹 Support ERP integrations, WMS initiatives, EDI, and other business applications

🔹 Oversee MSPs, ERP consultants, cybersecurity providers, telecom, and other technology vendors

🔹 Manage user access, privileged accounts, onboarding/offboarding controls, and periodic access reviews

🔹 Maintain IT documentation, policies, asset records, recovery procedures, and business continuity plans

🔹 Lead technology projects from requirements and vendor coordination through testing, training, implementation, and stabilization

🔹 Support IT budgeting, technology roadmaps, renewals, and investment recommendations

🔹 Train users and improve adoption of systems, tools, and procedures

What we’re looking for:

🟢 Strong hands-on Sage X3 experience

🟢 3 to 5+ years of progressive IT, ERP, or business systems experience

🟢 Background in manufacturing, food, CPG, distribution, or a similar operational environment

🟢 Strong understanding of purchasing, inventory, production, costing, finance, traceability, and distribution processes

🟢 Experience managing MSPs, consultants, cybersecurity providers, or technology vendors

🟢 Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, identity and access management, networking, servers, virtualization, backup/recovery, and cybersecurity controls

🟢 Strong project management, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

🟢 Advanced Excel skills

Experience with Nectari, Sage Enterprise Intelligence, Power BI, SQL, WMS, EDI, BOMs, recipes/formulation, lot traceability, TrueCommerce, or iTradeNetwork is considered an asset.

🏢 Facility: 1 manufacturing site in East/North York

👥 Company size: Approximately 150 employees, up to 190 with temporary staff

💰 Compensation: Up to $110K base + approximately 5% bonus

🩺 Benefits: Full benefits, fully paid by the company

💰 RRSP: 2% company matching

📍 Location: Stable East/North York location

🏭 Work environment: On-site, with regular plant-floor interaction
