Original job description

About Elockers

At Elockers, we're on a mission to make live events smarter, easier and more enjoyable.

From world-class festivals and stadiums to iconic concert venues, we provide innovative self-service locker solutions that give visitors the freedom to enjoy unforgettable experiences without worrying about their belongings.

Founded in the Netherlands, Elockers is rapidly expanding across Europe and North America. We're an ambitious, entrepreneurial company with big plans, strong partnerships and a passion for the live entertainment industry.

The opportunity

As Country Manager Canada – Growth & Operations, you'll take ownership of our Canadian business and play a key role in building our future in North America.

Based in Toronto, you'll strengthen relationships with existing partners, develop new business opportunities across Canada and make sure our operations deliver an exceptional experience at every event.

This isn't your typical management role. One day you'll be negotiating with a major venue operator in Toronto, the next you'll be travelling to a festival or stadium elsewhere in Canada, solving challenges, meeting partners or identifying our next big opportunity.

You'll have the freedom to take initiative, make decisions and build a successful business, supported by an ambitious international team.

Think like an entrepreneur. Act like an owner. Build something big.

What you'll be doing

  • Accelerate growth: Win new partnerships with festivals, stadiums, arenas and entertainment venues across Canada.

  • Own key relationships: Manage and expand partnerships with existing customers and major players in live entertainment.

  • Lead local operations: Take responsibility for planning, logistics, event preparation and flawless on-site execution.

  • Be where the action is: Travel regularly across Canada to represent Elockers at events, industry gatherings and strategic partner meetings.

  • Drive commercial performance: Identify new revenue opportunities, negotiate agreements and deliver measurable results.

  • Build your team: Recruit, develop and lead a high-performing Canadian team as the business grows.

  • Shape our strategy: Work directly with our founders and international leadership team to define and execute our Canadian expansion plans.

Who we're looking for

We're looking for a commercially driven leader with an entrepreneurial mindset, a strong network and the ambition to build something exceptional.

You bring:

  • 5–10 years of experience in business development, partnerships, commercial management or operations, ideally within live entertainment, festivals or venues.

  • An established network within the Canadian entertainment and events industry.

  • A proven track record in developing partnerships, closing deals and growing businesses.

  • Hands-on experience with event operations and the ability to perform under pressure.

  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a strong sense of ownership.

  • Excellent English communication skills; French is a strong asset.

  • Based in Toronto, or willing to relocate to the Greater Toronto Area.

  • Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently throughout Canada, including occasional international travel.

  • Flexibility to collaborate across time zones and work evenings and weekends during the event season.

Above all, you're someone who gets things done, sees opportunities and isn't afraid to roll up your sleeves.

What we offer

  • A business to make your own: Lead one of our most exciting international growth markets.

  • Real ownership: The freedom and responsibility to shape Elockers' success in Canada.

  • International growth opportunities: Be part of a rapidly expanding company with ambitious plans across North America and Europe.

  • Direct access to leadership: Work closely with our founders and management team, with fast decisions and minimal bureaucracy.

  • Competitive compensation: An attractive salary package in CAD, performance-based bonus and benefits.

  • An exciting working environment: Collaborate with leading festivals, venues and entertainment companies across Canada.

  • The opportunity to build: Grow your own team and leave a lasting impact on our international expansion.
