Role Description The Business Development Representative in IT (Digital Transformation) is a full-time, on-site role based in Saint-Colomban, QC. This role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, meeting with prospective and existing clients, and presenting Elozys Evolutions’ digital transformation and Microsoft-based solutions. The representative will develop and maintain a sales pipeline, prepare proposals, and participate in negotiations to close deals. Daily tasks include analyzing client needs, collaborating with technical teams to shape solution offerings, and providing clear communication and follow-up throughout the sales cycle. The role also involves contributing to market research, attending industry events as needed, and supporting continuous improvement of sales practices and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to understand client environments, assess needs, and interpret technical and business requirements.
• Excellent Communication abilities, including clear presentation, active listening, and professional client interactions in both written and verbal formats.
• Foundational knowledge of Software Development and Programming concepts to discuss solutions with clients and technical teams.
• Proven Sales skills, including prospecting, pipeline management, relationship building, and closing opportunities.
• Experience or education in business, IT, computer science, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Microsoft technologies and digital transformation initiatives is an asset.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple initiatives at once.
• Comfort working on-site in Saint-Colomban, QC, with a client-focused and ethical approach.
