Schedule introductory meetings, facility tours, and business development discussions.
Follow up with prospective customers to maintain engagement and advance opportunities.
Develop targeted outreach campaigns across strategic industries, including robotics, automation, aerospace, defense, energy, and advanced manufacturing.
Maintain accurate prospecting activity and follow-up schedules in the company's CRM system.

Customer & Prospect Profiling

Research and develop detailed profiles of target companies and key decision-makers.
Identify customer manufacturing requirements, potential opportunities, and strategic fit with EM Dynamics' capabilities.
Research company revenue, manufacturing locations, products, supply chain structures, and purchasing contacts.

Build and maintain prioritized target account lists.
Prepare customer briefing packages ahead of introductory meetings and facility visits.

PowerPoint Presentations & Sales Materials

Create professional PowerPoint presentations for prospective customers, executive meetings, and business development initiatives.
Customize EM Dynamics' corporate presentations to align with individual customer needs and industries.
Prepare capability overviews, customer-specific presentations, and sales proposals.
Support the development of marketing materials, customer information packages, and sales collateral.
Work with internal teams to gather technical information, project examples, and manufacturing capabilities.
Ensure consistent corporate branding and professional presentation quality.

Trade Show & Marketing Coordination

Coordinate preparation for industry trade shows, conferences, and customer networking events.
Assist with booth planning, promotional materials, presentations, and branded merchandise.
Research exhibitors and attendees to identify potential business opportunities.
Schedule meetings with prospective customers before trade shows.
Participate in trade shows and industry networking events when required.
Organize post-event follow-ups and ensure all leads are entered into the CRM system.
Track trade show leads, meetings, and business development outcomes.

Customer Visits & Relationship Development

Coordinate and participate in customer visits, introductory meetings, and facility tours.
Conduct in-person introductory visits and deliver corporate presentations or marketing packages.
Support senior leadership during customer meetings and business development discussions.
Build relationships with purchasing, engineering, operations, and supply chain teams.
Assist with customer meeting preparation, agendas, presentations, and follow-up action items.
Represent EM Dynamics professionally at customer facilities, networking events, and industry functions.
Identify opportunities to expand relationships with existing and prospective customers.
