- Use available sales tools and data sources to align Account Managers with customer accounts and support ongoing account mapping and data-quality activities.
- Develop, consolidate, and distribute recurring and ad hoc reporting for internal teams and customer stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, trends, progress, and areas requiring attention.
- Partner with regional teams to establish consistent metrics, reporting practices, and data definitions, helping create a reliable view of program and sales activity across regions.
- Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process or reporting improvements, and communicate findings in a clear, actionable manner.
- Develop best-practice content, win stories, and success stories related to co-selling and Marketplace transactions with hyperscaler partners.
- Create professional slide decks, newsletters, executive-ready updates, reports, and other communication materials for internal and external distribution.
- Support the development and maintenance of stakeholder engagement maps across hyperscaler and partner organizations to improve visibility and coordination.
- Coordinate with sales, partner, program, and leadership stakeholders to gather information, track deliverables, and ensure reporting and communication requirements are completed on time.
- Support additional business units, as directed by leadership, with similar reporting, analytics, stakeholder-mapping, and communications deliverables.
Qualifications
- Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in communications, business, marketing, analytics, or a related field.
- Three or more years of experience in reporting, business operations, sales operations, program coordination, communications, data analysis, or a related role; technology-industry experience is preferred.
