We're currently seeking an experienced Skilled Roofing Service Technician to join our growing team in the GTA.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, working independently, and taking pride in high-quality workmanship. You'll work on a variety of commercial roofing systems, tackle unique challenges every day, and have the opportunity to grow your career with one of the industry's most respected roofing contractors.

Why Join Empire Roofing?

Stable, Year-Round Employment
- Join an established company with more than four decades of success and a strong pipeline of work.
- We offer competitive wages, comprehensive benefits, and the opportunity to build a long-term career with a growing organization.
- We believe in promoting from within. Many of our Foremen and leaders started in the field and advanced through hard work and dedication.
Variety of Work
- No two days are the same. You'll work on inspections, leak investigations, repairs, preventative maintenance, and roofing system upgrades across a variety of commercial properties.
Safety-First Culture
- We are committed to providing the training, equipment, and support necessary to ensure every employee returns home safely at the end of the day.
End-of-Year Production & Quality Bonus
- A performance-based bonus that rewards technicians for both productivity and quality of work.
Signing Bonus – $1,000 Total
- Receive $500 on your first day and an additional $500 after successfully completing 60 days of employment.

The Role

As a Skilled Roofing Service Technician, you will play a key role in maintaining and repairing commercial roofing systems for our customers. You'll be responsible for diagnosing issues, recommending solutions, and performing repairs safely and efficiently.
