Original job description

Empire Roofing Corporation is looking for an Experienced Service Coordinator to join our growing team in Georgetown.

We are seeking an organized, proactive, and customer-focused professional to coordinate service crews, schedules, materials, purchase orders, and customer communications in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule and dispatch service crews and coordinate multiple projects
Communicate with customers, field crews, suppliers, and internal teams
Create and track purchase orders and material requirements
Monitor project progress, schedules, and service quality
Maintain accurate work orders, records, and reports
Resolve scheduling and service issues efficiently
Support Service Managers and team members

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in service coordination, dispatch, operations, or project coordination
Experience in roofing, construction, HVAC, plumbing, transportation, or a similar industry is an asset
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong computer and administrative skills
Valid driver’s license and willingness to visit job sites when required
