Position Title: Condition Monitor Inspector

Duties:
- Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor
- Responsible for the French Fry Plant processing / packaging equipment, Wastewater Treatment equipment and Boiler equipment.
- Responsible for executing condition inspections.
- Perform rebuilds of pumps, motors, and valves as required
- Responsible for identifying, detecting and documenting all potential maintenance repair problems on the above-mentioned equipment.
- Responsible for prioritizing identified repair problems to determine when corrective action will be required.
- Responsible for overall condition inspection program to include reviewing, re-evaluating and re-developing inspection content and frequency when required.
- Responsible for using vibration analysis tools to more consistently assess and quantify condition inspection.
- Verbally communicate identified Emergency / Urgent repair problems effectively.
- Communicate the benefits of condition inspections.
- Take required Condition Inspection course to further reliability knowledge
Requirements:
- Industrial Mechanic / Millwright License.
- A minimum of five years of demonstrated mechanical experience, excellent trouble-shooting skills & a basic knowledge of electrical would be considered an asset.
- A self-motivated individual having good organizing and coordinating skills with a proven track record.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Effective Verbal and Written communication skills are essential.
- Open, willing and capable of obtaining training within area of trade specialty.
- Observant and detailed minded.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) and CMMS system
- Solid understanding of proactive maintenance practices as well as continuous improvement strategies included in the lean manufacturing model
- Other duties as assigned
