Act as a liaison between global, regional, and agency partners, ensuring feedback is gathered, communicated, and actioned effectively.
Support internal communications, events, and engagement activities that build awareness and excitement around key marketing initiatives.
Manage budget administration activities, including purchase orders, invoicing, Coupa compliance, and coordination with finance partners.
Support global packaging design projects through agency management, timeline tracking, meeting facilitation, and stakeholder communications.
Develop presentations, progress updates, and communications materials for internal leadership and organizational updates.

What you’ll need to be successful.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Significant experience in marketing communications, project management, and agency management.
Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) experience required, preferably supporting a master brand within the food and beverage industry.

Experience managing budgets, purchase orders, invoicing activities, and compliance requirements within Coupa or a similar procurement system.
Proven stakeholder management capabilities with experience collaborating across global, regional, and cross-functional teams.
