Recycling and Garbage Truck Driver/Loader
Kitchener, ON Full-time $29.25/hour
Job Duties

Recycling and Garbage Truck Driver/Loader
Kitchener, ON Full-time $29.25/hour
Job Duties
- Operate waste collection/recycling vehicle;
- Load curbside materials into the truck;
- Observe safe work practices;
- Provide excellent customer service in accordance with company policies;
- Ensure assigned routes are successfully completed in a timely and safe manner.
- Valid Ontario DZ driver’s licence with a clean drivers abstract and CVOR;
- Minimum one year experience driving with DZ licence OR an AZ graduate from an accredited driving school;
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs;
- Able to successfully pass a background check consisting of an MTO medical/drug test, criminal history search, license verification and employment confirmation;
- Punctual, reliable, team player.

Responsibilities
Operate a waste collection and recycling vehicle, load curbside materials, and follow safe work practices. Provide customer service in accordance with company policies and complete assigned routes safely and on time.
Requirements
Applicants must hold a valid Ontario DZ driver's licence with a clean driver's abstract and CVOR, and have at least one year of DZ driving experience or be an AZ graduate of an accredited driving school. They must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, pass the specified background checks and medical/drug test, and be punctual, reliable, and a team player.
