- Support proposals, pricing discussions, renewals, amendments, and contract negotiations in partnership with internal leaders.
- Maintain a strong understanding of client needs, market dynamics, competitor activity, and regulatory changes that may create new opportunities for Ryse.
- Monitor account performance across service quality, financial performance, operational execution, reporting accuracy, diversion/recycling outcomes, and client satisfaction.
- Translate data and operational feedback into business insights that clients can act on.

- Responsible for the continued improvement and usage of the CRM. Ensuring all required team members understand and utilize the CRM to its fullest capabilities
- Work closely with operations, compliance, finance, data/technology, marketing, and business development teams to ensure clients receive coordinated support.
- Escalate and resolve client issues with urgency, accountability, and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate account records, commitments, risks, and follow-up actions in Ryse’s internal systems.
- Ensure services are delivered in accordance with contractual commitments and applicable regulatory requirements.
- 5–7+ years of progressive experience in key account management, strategic partnerships, sales, business development, commercial relationship management, or client advisory roles.
