Original job description

Graphic Design Intern - Enabled Talent

Locations: Sudbury | Brampton | Toronto | Gatineau

Enabled Talent is a Canadian inclusion technology company helping universities, nonprofits and governments connect education and employment support for people with disabilities. Our vision is to give individuals greater choice in how they learn, work and build their lives.

Apply at aman@enabledtalent.com with a brief introduction, your interest in the role, your CV or portfolio and your availability.

We’re looking for a Graphic Design Intern who can bring our work to life through clear, accessible and engaging visuals.

What you’ll work on

Create social media graphics, presentations, brochures and event materials.
Turn product features and inclusion stories into visuals that are easy to understand.
Help maintain a consistent visual identity across our communications.
Apply accessible design principles, including readable typography, clear layouts and strong colour contrast.

What you’ll bring

Creativity, attention to detail and familiarity with Canva, Figma or Adobe tools. An interest in accessibility and a willingness to learn are important; prior professional experience is not essential.

You’ll build a portfolio of practical work that communicates our technology and supports our vision of greater opportunity for people with disabilities.

Accessibility support

We value the perspectives and lived experiences that people with disabilities and individuals from diverse backgrounds bring to our team. We are committed to a recruitment process where every applicant can participate with dignity and demonstrate their strengths. If you would benefit from an accessible application format or accommodations, please contact aman@enabledtalent.com so we can discuss what works best for you. You do not need to disclose a diagnosis.
