About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and relationship-focused intern to support sales, business development and partnership activities.

This role is ideal for someone who wants practical experience in prospecting, outreach, client engagement, partnership development and sales operations.

You will help identify potential clients and partners, support outreach campaigns, prepare for meetings, maintain prospect information, coordinate follow-ups and help move opportunities through the sales pipeline.

You may also participate in discovery calls, product demonstrations, employer meetings, conferences and networking activities.

Key Responsibilities

Research prospective clients, partners and market opportunities.
Identify relevant organizations, decision-makers and departments.
Build and organize prospect lists.
Support email, telephone and LinkedIn outreach.
Draft personalized outreach and follow-up messages.
Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity information.
Schedule introductory meetings, discovery calls and product demonstrations.
Prepare prospect summaries, meeting agendas and briefing notes.
Support presentations, proposals and partnership documents.
Attend selected meetings, events and networking activities.
Record client needs, feedback, objections and next steps.
Track outreach, responses, meetings and pipeline activity.
Follow up with prospects and ensure opportunities continue moving forward.
Support early-stage client onboarding and relationship management.
Coordinate with marketing and internal teams on campaigns and events.

Experience with CRM platforms, spreadsheets, LinkedIn, Canva, presentation tools or project-management software is an asset.

Previous sales experience is helpful but not required. Training and onboarding will be provided.
