About the Role
The Sales Development Associate Intern will support Enabled Talent’s business development efforts by identifying, engaging and qualifying potential customers for our solutions, including the Talent Passport. The role will focus on prospect research, outbound and inbound engagement, lead qualification, relationship building and scheduling introductory meetings and product demonstrations.
Responsibilities
- Research prospective customers, organizations and key decision-makers.
- Develop and maintain targeted and up-to-date prospect lists.
- Conduct outreach through email, telephone, LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
- Engage with prospective customers and assess their needs and level of interest.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria.
- Schedule introductory calls, meetings and product demonstrations.
- Maintain accurate and timely records within the sales pipeline.
- Draft personalized outreach messages, follow-ups and other sales communications.
- Monitor outreach activity, engagement and conversion results.
- Assist with sales presentations, proposals and supporting materials.
- Represent Enabled Talent professionally at networking events, conferences and other business development activities.
- Collaborate with the sales and broader team to identify opportunities and improve outreach strategies.
Qualifications
- Current student or recent graduate in Business, Sales, Marketing, Communications or a related field.

- Confidence and professionalism when initiating conversations with prospective customers.
- An interest in technology, accessibility, inclusion and social impact.
- Strong research, organizational and time-management skills.
- A proactive, curious and persistent approach to sales and business development.
- A results-oriented mindset with the ability to learn from outreach and feedback.
- Previous experience in sales, business development or customer service is an asset.
