In this role, you will provide functional and technical expertise across key financial processes, working closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, service providers, and vendors. You will help maintain stable and reliable application environments while supporting incident resolution, system enhancements, quarterly Oracle Cloud updates, testing, release readiness, and continuous improvement.

What You Will Do:

Provide functional and operational support for Oracle Fusion Financials in a complex enterprise environment, including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Project Accounting, Subledger Accounting, and related reporting solutions.
Partner with business stakeholders, vendors, and service providers to deliver high-quality operational support, projects, enhancements, and system changes.
Manage operational incidents, service requests, break-fix activities, and problem management processes to support application stability and service reliability.
Monitor incident and service request queues, coordinate resolution activities, and help ensure issues are addressed in accordance with service-level expectations.
Analyze business and system requirements and support the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Oracle Financials solutions and enhancements.
Collaborate with teams across integrations, security, reporting, infrastructure, and application support to resolve issues and implement sustainable solutions.
Identify process gaps, operational risks, and opportunities to improve business processes, system functionality, operational efficiency, and user experience.
Support quarterly Oracle Cloud updates, application patching, release management, and operational readiness activities while minimizing disruption to business operations.
Coordinate and support System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing, and production validation for application changes and enhancements.
Provide functional and technical assistance to business users, including support for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial processing.
Assess the impacts of business process changes on integrated systems and participate in solution design reviews to ensure alignment with business requirements.
Maintain system documentation, support procedures, knowledge articles, and process documentation to enable effective operational support and knowledge transfer.

Who You Are:

University degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
4+ years of experience as an Oracle Financials functional analyst, business systems analyst, or in a similar enterprise application role.
Experience supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials or Oracle E-Business Suite Financials in a complex enterprise environment.
Functional knowledge of financial processes and Oracle modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Project Accounting, and Subledger Accounting.
Understanding of accounting principles, financial processing, and period-end close activities.
Experience analyzing business requirements and supporting application configuration, testing, deployment, and production validation.
Experience working with application maintenance service providers, vendors, and cross-functional technology teams.
Ability to understand business process flows, system integrations, and how data moves across applications.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience participating in multidisciplinary meetings, technical reviews, and knowledge-transfer activities.

Typical office environment
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively within established timelines and strict deadlines.

Salary:

Ranges from $85,000 – $115,000 CDN for Ontario locations based upon candidate’s experience, skills, and internal equity.
Applicable compensation policies and guidelines apply to internal candidates.
