Provide senior technical leadership and act as an ArcGIS Enterprise platform subject-matter expert, independently resolving complex technical issues and providing architecture guidance, technical standards, design reviews, mentoring, knowledge transfer, documentation, and recommendations for platform modernization and continuous improvement.
