We are looking for a Senior Analyst Credit to join our Enterprise Risk team and support effective credit risk management across multiple business units. In this intermediate-level role, you will conduct credit reviews, recommend credit limits, monitor exposures, and help manage financial assurances. You will also prepare and distribute credit reporting while supporting strong risk management processes and controls.

What You Will Do:

Perform complex enterprise-wide credit reviews for rated and non-rated counterparties, recommending appropriate credit limits for multiple Enbridge business units.
Collaborate with members of the Credit team to coordinate enterprise-wide credit limit approvals and determine financial assurances required to support credit authorization.
Monitor counterparty credit exposure against approved limits and proactively identify and request collateral when required.
Support the execution, administration, and documentation of new or amended financial assurances, including parental guarantees and letters of credit.
Maintain accurate counterparty, credit, and financial assurance information within Enbridge’s systems of record.
Develop and maintain process documentation while supporting the implementation of credit policies, procedures, and processes used to measure, monitor, and control counterparty credit risk.
Support credit-related SOX controls, audit requirements, reporting, and other Enterprise Risk initiatives as required.

Who You Are:

You have a related university degree combined with 2 to 4 years of related experience.
You bring a sound technical understanding of financial statement analysis and credit risk management.
You have demonstrated experience prioritizing work and improving or implementing processes to streamline and optimize activities.
You are detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple processes and competing priorities while consistently meeting deadlines.
You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and can effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
A finance-related designation such as a CPA, CFA, or MBA, and experience in energy marketing and trading credit, is preferred.

Working Conditions

Work involves managing tight deadlines related to credit approvals, exposure monitoring, and security requirements.
The role requires extended periods of computer/VDT work, potentially 8 or more hours per day.
Additional hours may occasionally be required during peak business periods.
