Leverage platform data to run campaigns to create new product pipeline or expansion revenue
Work with the CSM team to identify at-risk accounts and put together a strategy to secure the renewal, as needed
Establish and maintain effective, cooperative working relationships with customers, both via phone and email. This includes objection-handling and problem-solving when customers request discounts, indicate they don’t want to renew, alert us that they’re evaluating competing solutions, not interested in new products, etc.
Develop a thorough understanding of our products to deliver demonstrations of the Encircle platform to existing customers
Leverage platform data to run campaigns to create new product pipeline
Partner with Revenue and GTM leadership on uncovering value, trends and opportunities
And, of course, crush your quota
