This position sits at the intersection of Product Management, Data Engineering, Enterprise Architecture, and Business Operations.

What You'll Be Doing

Own the product roadmap and backlog for enterprise integration and data modernization initiatives.
Lead end-to-end value streams supporting data movement, system integration, API enablement, and digital transformation programs.
Define and prioritize epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria across Agile delivery teams.
Partner with business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
Drive modernization of legacy integrations, ETL processes, and batch data exchanges toward API-driven and event-based architectures.
Oversee enterprise data streams and system integrations, ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable data flow across platforms.
Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to improve data pipelines, data quality, data governance, and operational efficiencies.
Support initiatives involving data lakes, data warehouses, analytics platforms, customer data platforms (CDPs), and enterprise reporting environments.
Design and document process flows, integration patterns, API interactions, data lineage, and end-to-end data flow diagrams.
Facilitate value stream mapping exercises to identify bottlenecks, optimize workflows, and improve delivery performance.
Monitor and report on key metrics including throughput, cycle time, predictability, data quality, API performance, and integration reliability.
Lead cross-functional coordination for capacity planning, dependency management, release readiness, risk mitigation, and production support.
Participate in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, data validation, and resolution of integration and data-related issues.

What You Bring

5+ years of experience as a Senior Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, Value Stream Owner, Technical Product Owner, or Senior Business Systems Analyst.

Strong SQL skills with experience performing data analysis, validation, troubleshooting, and data quality assessments.
Experience partnering with Data Engineering, Integration Engineering, Enterprise Architecture, Analytics, and Business teams.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional leadership capabilities.
Experience with Jira and/or Azure DevOps.
