ABOUT ENDO NUTRITION:
For about seven years, Endo Nutrition has helped women with endometriosis feel better in their bodies and get their lives back. We look at the whole picture: nutrition, the nervous system, gut health, hormones, lifestyle, functional and lab testing, and supplements where they fit.
Clients work with a multidisciplinary team of functional health coaches and nutritionists through a mix of one-on-one coaching, group coaching and an online learning portal. Most client journeys run four to six months.
The women we work with are mostly 28 to 48. Many have spent years being dismissed, are managing pain, fertility questions, fatigue or weight changes, and are weighing big medical decisions. They come to us tired and careful. The first conversation they have with our team matters a lot.
WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS:
The primary focus of this role is to support and encourage women toward their health goals. You'll connect with women in our community and those who reach out, understand what's going on and what she wants, share insights, and help shape a plan. Then you'll see together whether we're the right team to support her through it, and inspire the ones who are ready to take action and enroll. You'll bring what you learn in these conversations into our social and marketing campaigns.
We're growing, and we have more interested women than we have conversations. Over 100 new messages come in every day across Instagram, Facebook and email. Every month roughly 20 to 30 women complete an application and never book a call. Others book and need a warm, human touch to show up ready.
This role closes that gap. You'll start as the first human voice a woman meets in our world, in DMs, text and email. As you learn the program and our process, you'll move into leading enrollment calls yourself. And because you'll hear what women say, in their own words, every single day, you'll feed that straight back into our marketing and campaigns. You'll work closely with Khush, with direct mentorship in communication, psychology and health behaviour change.
Three lanes, one person: setter, advisor, and the voice of the client in the marketing room.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Phase 1: Community, setting and triage (first ~60 days)
- Lead real conversations in Instagram and Facebook DMs, comments and email. You'll carry 15 to 30 inbound lead conversations a day
- Share the right guide, case study or free training so every woman gets a next step, whether or not she's ready for private support
- Reach out personally to women who applied but didn't book, by text and email, and help the right ones get on a call
- Respond quickly to new applications during your working hours
- Triage 5 to 10 leads a day: use judgement on who is a fit for a call now, who needs a free resource or a lower-touch offer first, and who we can't help
- Confirm and warm up booked calls, and follow up on reschedules and cancellations
- Hand off clean notes to the advisor on each call
- Keep GoHighLevel, ManyChat and your tracker accurate and current
- Sit in on or review recorded enrollment calls to learn the flow
Phase 2: Advisory calls (once ready, target 5 to 10 calls a week, growing to 8-12)
- Lead 45 to 60 minute Zoom enrollment calls with qualified prospects
- Follow our call structure, understand each woman's situation, and recommend the right program when it's a fit
- Handle objections with empathy while keeping the conversation on track
- Stay inside clear boundaries: we never give medical advice on a call
- Own your follow-ups after every call
- Review your AI-generated call audits and act on the feedback
Ongoing: Marketing, content and campaigns
- Manage the sales pipeline in GoHighLevel so every lead has a clear stage and next step
- Contribute to the monthly social media calendar with the social media team: post topics, hooks and questions pulled straight from real conversations
- Flag the questions and objections that keep coming up so they become posts, reels, emails and FAQs
- Surface client wins and stories (with consent) for testimonials and content
- Help plan and run email and social campaigns, from outreach planning and DM keyword campaigns to launch and follow-up
- Plan outreach for launches, workshops, webinars and live events, and make sure the conversations match the campaign
- Bring your creativity: fresh angles, campaign ideas and ways to test them
- Share weekly insights in Slack and join campaign planning and debriefs so what we say publicly matches what women actually need
A TYPICAL DAY:
- Short planning check-in with Khush on priorities and the week's marketing plan
- Focused conversation sprints: DMs, follow-ups, unbooked applications
- Review bookings, reschedules and cancellations
- Advisory calls on your calendar (Phase 2)
- Update your pipeline, metrics and resource cheat sheet
- Close out with every conversation logged and a next step set
Weekly team huddle and a monthly mentorship call with Khush.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:
By day 30: You know the program, the offers and the call flow. Every application gets a same-day personal touch.
By day 60: You're a confident setter, booking [15 to 20] qualified calls a week across DMs and unbooked applications, with show rates at or above [75%] and a set-to-close rate of [25%] or higher.
By day 90: You're taking your own advisory calls and working toward our team close rate of [30%]. At least one campaign has been shaped by insights you brought back.
WHO YOU ARE:
What you bring
- Proven experience in high-ticket sales, enrolment or appointment setting, ideally for online programs in health, wellness or coaching
- Sales and marketing training, and an understanding of how campaigns, content and conversations work together
- Tech savvy. Hands-on CRM experience, ideally GoHighLevel, plus comfort with ManyChat, Zoom, Slack, ClickUp and AI tools
- Phenomenal communication skills. Professional, compassionate, patient and persistent, in writing and on calls
- Comfortable with volume. You can move through a busy inbox without losing the human touch
- Based in the GTA and able to meet in person occasionally
- Available 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM ET on most weekdays
How you show up
- A natural rapport builder. People open up to you easily
- You lead people to the best decision for them, even when that decision is outside their comfort zone. You take a stand for what's best for her, not for selling the program

- Organized. You meet deadlines and keep your promises
- Health-minded. You believe in whole-body, sustainable healing
- Ready to learn and collaborate with a growing company and team
Nice to haves
- Background in health, nutrition, coaching, or women's health
- A sales certification (for example, She Sells)
- Lived experience with endometriosis, chronic pain or your own health journey. Welcome, never required, and only ever yours to share

A NOTE FROM KHUSH:
The women who reach out to us are often tired, skeptical, and carrying so much hope under the surface. Your words might be the first moment they feel safe again. This is more than a role. It's a bridge between science, story and soul.
HOW TO APPLY:
Apply through our application form. It takes about 10 minutes. You'll upload your resume and share a 1 to 2 minute video intro (Loom, Google Drive or YouTube link).
In your video, tell us:
- Who you are and why this role with Endo Nutrition
- Why you're the best fit for our community and for our business growth
- The sales, setting or marketing experience you'd bring
Applications close Oct 5, 2026. We review every application and will reach out within 3 business days.
