We are looking for a Human Resource Assistant to join our group. As an HR Coordinator, you provide comprehensive administrative support, ensuring smooth operations with policies, programs, and procedures. Other responsibilities include biweekly payroll administration, meticulous month-end balancing, and insightful reporting.

As an HR Assistant, you’ll orchestrate HR magic, ensuring seamless operations and assisting in fostering a workplace where top talent flourishes.

Which tasks will you perform?

Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies and applicable legislation.
Prepare employment-related documentation, including offer letters, employment agreements, organizational updates, and employee communications.
Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including documentation, orientation scheduling, system access coordination, and file management.
Assist with HR reporting by maintaining spreadsheets, generating standard reports, and tracking workforce metrics.
Coordinate training sessions, meetings, and employee events, including scheduling, logistics, and materials preparation.
Respond to routine employee inquiries regarding HR programs, policies, benefits, and processes, escalating issues as appropriate.
Support document management and records retention practices in accordance with company and legal requirements.
Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including calendar management, meeting coordination, invoice processing, and correspondence.
Coordinate campus recruitment activities, including career fairs, information sessions, networking events,
Other duties as assigned.

Experience working within an ISO Certified company an asset.
Knowledge of HR-related laws and regulations an asset.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Bilingualism in English & French is an asset.
