When the solution doesn’t exist yet, that’s where your role begins.
A customer comes to us with a need that doesn’t quite fit within our current offering.
The answer isn’t in a catalogue. It requires analyzing the situation, asking the right questions, evaluating the options, and turning a need into a practical solution.

We are looking for a Design Engineer who can navigate between customer needs, manufacturing realities, technical considerations, and business objectives to move projects forward and influence decisions.
Your Role
Developing Custom Solutions
- Collaborate with sales, production, technicians, suppliers, and customers
- Participate in testing, validation, and implementation activities
- Contribute to the evolution of our products and our ways of working.
You Might Be the Right Person If You...
- Prefer receiving a problem to solve rather than a predefined solution
- Are comfortable making decisions and supporting them with facts
- Work effectively with both customers and internal teams
- Can navigate ambiguity and move projects forward
- Demonstrate natural leadership and the ability to influence others
- See challenges as opportunities to create value.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ)
- Experience in mechanical design within a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong English communication skills

Why Enduride?
Because here, you won’t be limited to one step of the process.
You’ll be involved in defining needs, guiding technical decisions, developing solutions, and supporting their implementation.
You’ll have access to decision-makers, enjoy a high level of autonomy, and have the opportunity to directly influence the evolution of our products, projects, and business.
We’re looking for an engineer who can transform a need into a solution. Not just on paper.
If that idea speaks to you, let’s talk.
