At Enduride, we develop and manufacture solutions designed for demanding industrial environments. To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Senior Design Technician who is eager to apply their expertise to meaningful projects and collaborate closely with the teams that bring them to life.

This opportunity is intended for an experienced professional who understands that design goes beyond producing technical drawings. We are looking for someone who enjoys understanding customer needs, analyzing challenges, collaborating across different functions of the organization, and actively contributing to the improvement of our products and processes.

Your contribution

Reporting to the Director of Engineering, you will be involved throughout the entire design and continuous improvement lifecycle of our solutions.

More specifically, you will have the opportunity to:

Design and improve mechanical products for industrial applications;
Prepare, review, and maintain technical drawings required for manufacturing;
Ensure the accuracy of Bills of Materials (BOMs) and technical documentation;
Collaborate with production teams to resolve technical issues encountered in manufacturing;
Participate in the development of new products and the improvement of existing ones;
Support the sales team in developing solutions tailored to customer needs;
Participate in customer meetings and site visits when required;
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives inspired by the Toyota Way;
Help improve our design, documentation, and information transfer processes for production.

Functional to advanced English, both written and spoken;

Votre contribution

Vous aurez notamment l'occasion de :

Concevoir et améliorer des produits mécaniques destinés à des applications industrielles;
Préparer, réviser et maintenir les dessins techniques nécessaires à la fabrication;
Assurer l'exactitude des nomenclatures (BOM) et de la documentation technique;
Collaborer avec les équipes de production afin de résoudre les problématiques techniques rencontrées en usine;
Participer au développement de nouveaux produits et à l'amélioration des produits existants;
Soutenir les équipes des ventes dans l'élaboration de solutions adaptées aux besoins des clients;
Participer à certaines rencontres et visites chez les clients lorsque requis;
Contribuer à des projets d'amélioration continue inspirés du Toyota Way;
Participer à l'amélioration de nos méthodes de conception, de documentation et de transfert d'information vers la production.

Bonne compréhension des procédés de fabrication, d'assemblage et de mise en production;
Connaissance d'un environnement ERP/MRP (atout);
