Provide hands-on assistance in electric vehicle conversions using Enedym’s in-house designed and built components
Work with technicians and engineers to design assembly stations, optimizing for ergonomics and product throughput
Work with the engineering team to define product inspection and quality assurance strategies
Help evaluate and implement improvements to existing products and processes
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering team
Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
Maintain documentation on implementation and process
Requirements:
Ability to use computer-aided design (CAD) software (e.g., SolidWorks) to assist in designing and developing components and assemblies
Knowledge of technical drawing standards and GD&T
Strong mechanical aptitude, comfortable working in a workshop environment, adhering to safety protocols and best practices
Understanding of product inspection methods and quality assurance strategies to ensure product quality
Ability to maintain detailed documentation on implementation processes and improvements made
Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with technicians, engineers, and stakeholders
Ability to evaluate and implement improvements to existing products and processes, identifying areas for enhancement
Experience
We realize that the requirements listed here are large for students and recent graduates. We value individuals who can problem-solve given little background or experience. If you find this position exciting and believe you have relevant experience, please apply.
