Your main responsibilities
- Assist with project planning, scheduling, coordination, and execution activities;
- Support Project Managers and technical teams in monitoring project progress, budgets, and deliverables;
- Coordinate communication between clients, project stakeholders, consultants, and internal teams;
- Prepare, organize, distribute, and maintain project documentation, correspondence, and meeting records;
- Participate in the preparation of proposals, technical reports, studies, and project submissions;
- Support project invoicing, tracking of project costs, and other project controls activities;
- Review and coordinate project documents, drawings, and design packages for completeness and consistency;
- Attend project meetings and communicate project status, updates, and action items to stakeholders;
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and gather project information as required;
- Promote and apply Englobe's health and safety policies, procedures, and safe work practices.
What makes you unique
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering Technology, Construction Management, or a related field;
- 2-5 years of experience in project coordination, civil engineering, construction, or infrastructure projects with experience from the AEC industry
- Experience supporting multidisciplinary engineering or construction projects is considered an asset;
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and project teams;
- Strong document control and project administration skills;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams;
- Ability to review technical documentation and coordinate project deliverables;
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project and construction sites as required.
