Company Description Enoch Prism Engineering LP is a full-service civil engineering firm specializing in land development in the Edmonton Capital Region. Majority Indigenous-owned and based out of Enoch Cree Nation, Alberta, the firm delivers engineering support, detailed civil design, construction inspection and survey, and project management services. Typical project scope includes grading, municipal servicing (water, sanitary, storm), roadways and transportation, and stormwater management. With 19 years of experience, Enoch Prism Engineering LP has partnered with leading developers and architects in the region. The team offers a collaborative environment and welcomes inquiries from professionals interested in contributing to its ongoing growth.

Role Description The Senior/Intermediate Design Engineer/Technologist – Land Development is a full-time hybrid role based in Edmonton, AB, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in design and drafting using AutoCAD and Civil 3D, along with a strong background in project management, construction management, and contract administration. This position offers the opportunity to work on diverse and impactful projects, collaborating with a dynamic team to ensure successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Design Engineering skills, with experience in land development, municipal infrastructure, and site servicing design.
Candidates should possess proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools (e.g., AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar) for preparing detailed civil drawings and models.
Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a closely related field; eligibility for professional registration (P.Eng., P.Tech., C.E.T., or equivalent) is an asset.
Experience in land development projects in Alberta or similar jurisdictions, including familiarity with local standards, municipal requirements, and permitting processes.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with clients, multidisciplinary teams, and construction personnel.
Valid driver licence.
