  • Develop, maintain, and improve manufacturing documentation, including standard operating procedures, control plans, risk assessments, and training materials.
  • Analyze manufacturing and quality data to identify trends, establish process controls, and improve process robustness through data-driven decision making.
  • Explore and deploy practical applications of AI and digital technologies to accelerate technical problem solving, improve process understanding, and enhance manufacturing performance.
  • Provide technical mentorship and guidance to operators while fostering a culture of operational excellence and continuous learning.

What We Seek:

  • Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies. Green Belt or Black Belt certification is considered an asset.
  • Experience working within quality systems and regulated manufacturing environments, including change control, risk assessments, investigations, and process documentation.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and effectively communicate technical concepts to a variety of stakeholders.
  • Experience with Aspen, AutoCAD, PFDs, P&IDs, Instrumentation and Process Safety Management
