Job Title: Azure Support Engineer (Spanish)

Location: Calgary, AB (On-Site)

Job description

Role Description:

We are seeking a Native Spanish speaking Support Engineer with excellent communication skills and a passion for technology and customer success
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced support environment, collaborating across teams, and delivering exceptional customer experiences

Required Qualifications

Native level proficiency in Spanish, spoken, written and reading, is mandatory

Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English
Ability to support and resolve customer-reported issues in Spanish
Must be willing and able to work from the office on a regular basis as required by the business
Flexible to work during business hours and when needed support PST business hours
Strong troubleshooting analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent logical thinking critical thinking and cross-team collaboration abilities
Passion for technology and customer support
Understanding of cloud computing concepts including cloud versus on-premises environments
Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services and deployment concepts is preferred
Azure certifications are a plus

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support to customers in Spanish and English through phone email and other support channels
Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues related to Microsoft Azure services and technologies
Leverage knowledge of Azure architecture offerings and billing platforms to deliver effective solutions and recommendations
Collaborate with internal support teams and subject matter experts to address escalations and customer concerns
Escalate issues promptly when specialized expertise or additional capabilities are required
Maintain high-quality case documentation and ensure accurate tracking of customer interactions
Handle challenging and business-critical customer situations with professionalism and strong communication skills
Continuously develop technical expertise and stay current with Azure technologies and platform updates

Preferred Skills

Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure services, technologies and billing platforms
Strong customer-facing experience in technical support environments
Excellent analytical troubleshooting and incident management capabilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a customer-first mindset

Location Requirement

Candidates must be comfortable working from the Calgary office and supporting customers during Spanish business hours with flexibility to align with PST business hours when required
