Senior ORMB Functional Consultant
Location: Toronto, ON, Canada

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior ORMB Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB). The candidate will be responsible for supporting billing solution design, configuration, implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing optimization of enterprise revenue and billing systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Configure, implement, and support Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) solutions.
- Design and maintain complex billing workflows and revenue management processes.
- Support billing configuration, system testing, integration testing, and deployment activities.
- Troubleshoot billing discrepancies, revenue reconciliation issues, and production defects.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, business analysts, and technical teams to deliver effective solutions.
- Support billing process automation, system enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure billing processes align with applicable financial and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain functional documentation, configuration details, and process workflows.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 8–12 years of relevant experience in enterprise billing or revenue management systems.
- Strong expertise in Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB).
- Hands-on experience with ORMB configuration, implementation, and functional solution delivery.
- Knowledge of complex billing workflows, revenue management, and reconciliation processes.
- Experience in requirements gathering, functional analysis, system testing, and deployment.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills for resolving billing-related issues.
- Excellent stakeholder communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
Good to Have
- Experience in billing process automation and optimization.
- Knowledge of financial and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Experience working with cross-functional business and technology teams.
