Overview

Enterprise Mobility and its affiliates offer extensive car rental, carsharing, truck rental, fleet management, retail car sales, as well as travel management and other transportation services, to make travel easier and more convenient for customers.

Privately held by the Taylor family of St. Louis, Enterprise Mobility together with its affiliate Enterprise Fleet Management manages a diverse fleet of 2.4 million vehicles and accounted for nearly $38 billion in revenue through a network of more than 9,500 fully-staffed neighborhood and airport rental locations in more than 90 countries and territories.

We are excited to announce an opening for an Administrative Assistant position based out of our British Columbia Headquarters in Surrey, BC. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is extremely organized, detail-oriented, and highly cognizant of the importance of maintaining confidentiality.

The Administrative Assistant will provide clerical and administrative support for the General Manager and Group Rental Manager (file, mail distribution, data entry, copy tasks and basic business correspondence).

This is a full time position working Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Location: 13160 88 AVE SURREY, BC V3W 3K3

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Arrange travel including flights, hotels, reservations, and other necessary items for department members
Create and distribute reporting and matrices to our rental operations
Utilize customer feedback reporting to distributed to group leadership
Collaborate with branch personnel on replacement reporting to maximize marketplace efforts
Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
Carry out additional administrative duties such as answering and directing phone calls, copying, and receiving, sorting, and distributing mail
Oversee inventory, ordering, and stocking of office products, ensuring supply facilities are organized efficiently
Responsible for occasional local travel, including but not limited to, picking up supplies, coordinating meal deliveries, and attending off-site meetings as required

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years old
Must have Advanced Level of Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
Must have 1 year of administrative experience
Must have 1 year of customer service experience
Must be authorized to work in Canada and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DWI/DUI) in past 5 years
Must have a valid BC class 5 driver's license with no more than two chargeable moving violations or accidents within the last three years.
