Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering Engage with portfolio managers| middle office| and trading desks to capture and analyze business needs.

Partner with the Product Owner and Technology Area Lead to refine and prioritize the backlog in line with strategic objectives.

Drive continuous improvement within the team.
Drive discussions between business stakeholders and technology teams.
Ensure timely delivery of features and initiatives| highlighting risks and dependencies.
Communicate status updates and findings clearly to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills
o Bachelors degree in Finance| Business| Computer Science| Data| or related field.
o Proven experience as a Business Analyst in capital markets| with a solid understanding of the portfolio management and trade lifecycle.
o Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
o Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
o Collaborative| proactive| and adaptable to dynamic business needs.
o Outcome-focused| with the ability to balance business priorities and technical constraints.
o Excellent problem-solving| documentation| and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have
o Strong data analysis skills| including ability to query| validate| and interpret datasets.
o Familiarity with portfolio management systems such as Bloomberg| Charles River| Blackrock Aladin.oAgile certification (CSM| PSM).

Responsibilities
Gather and analyze business needs from portfolio management, middle office, and trading stakeholders, translating them into specifications, process flows, and prioritized user stories. Requirements
A bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, Data, or a related field is listed, along with proven business analyst experience in capital markets and knowledge of portfolio management and the trade lifecycle. The role also calls for strong analytical, communication, facilitation, problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills; data analysis, portfolio management platforms, and Agile certification are advantageous.
