Responsibilities
- Minimum 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with 8+ years of P&C Domain experience.
- Hands on experience of working on projects implemented using Agile methodologies.
- Experience of interacting with Business stakeholders and IT stakeholders to understand the requirements and translate them into functional requirements that can be used by Development and Testing Teams
- Experience in writing User Stories, Acceptance criteria in the Gherkin language .
- Experience of Testing (User Acceptance Testing) is needed.
- Must possess good communication and analytical skills.
- Problem solving and facilitation skills.
- Should have experience of working independently with minimal guidance from leads / managers.
- Hands on experience of the Guidewire Policy and Claims Centers. Has Knowledge on the API's, Application Development and Microservices
- Guidewire Analyst certification is added advantage. Belron experience will be a great asset.

Responsibilities
Engage with business and IT stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into functional requirements for development and testing teams. Write user stories and Gherkin acceptance criteria, and support user acceptance testing on Guidewire PolicyCenter and ClaimCenter projects.
Requirements
Requires at least 10 years of business analyst experience, including at least 8 years in the property and casualty insurance domain, along with hands-on experience on Agile projects and Guidewire PolicyCenter and ClaimCenter. Candidates should be able to work independently, communicate and analyze effectively, facilitate problem-solving, and understand APIs, application development, and microservices; Guidewire Analyst certification is an advantage.
