Original job description

Company Description EOM focuses on integrating operations and maintenance expertise from the earliest stages of design to create smarter, safer, and more efficient built environments. By aligning every design choice with long-term value, safety, and efficiency, the organization helps clients optimize assets over their entire lifecycle. EOM leverages early O&M data integration to ensure facilities are easier and more economical to manage. Team members collaborate with clients and partners to deliver practical, sustainable solutions that improve operational performance.

If you have participated in development and expansion of FM business in Saudi Arabia and are looking for an opportunity where you can help shape the business as well as grow it, we would be interested in speaking with you. This role is for someone who understands both how FM business is won and how it should be commercially structured.

The Role:

The Business Development & Commercial Manager will be expected to:

Develop new FM business opportunities and book of business in the western region and across Saudi Arabia
Build relationships with developers, asset owners, operators, consultants, and corporate clients.
Underwrite, develop and maintain a structured sales pipeline.
Identify suitable government, semi-government, and private-sector opportunities.
Lead client meetings and understand technical and commercial requirements.
Work with Operations and Engineering to develop practical FM solutions.
Develop commercial proposals, pricing structures and contract offers.
Support EOM in creating market-ready FM service packages and rate cards.
Lead or coordinate RFQs, RFPs, pre-qualifications and tender submissions.
Participate in commercial negotiations and contract discussions.
Monitor the market, competitors and client expectations.

We are particularly interested in someone who understands how to sell value-based services and performance, not just manpower.

Other Requirements:

Minimum bachelor’s degree in business administration or engineering
Bilingual candidate will be preferred.

If you are applying, please include a short note with your application mentioning:

2 or 3 FM opportunities or contracts you personally helped develop or win in KSA.
Your specific role in those opportunities
The sectors where you have the strongest relationships.
Why do you believe you can help EOM build its external FM business?
