Delivery Manager / Senior Delivery Manager for Financial Services

We are seeking a Delivery Manager / Senior Delivery Manager to lead project delivery for our clients in the financial services sector, overseeing multiple Scrum teams and ensuring successful outcomes across agile and waterfall engagements.

The recruiting efforts for this position are intended to fill an existing vacancy for a new position.

Responsibilities

• Provide service to our clients in the financial sector
• Manage several Scrum Teams or projects, with 15+ members
• Successfully deliver agile and waterfall projects
• Deliver projects under different model such as T&M, capacity based or fixed price
• Take ownership and accountability for the output and quality produced by the EPAM team, be the single point of contact for any issues with EPAM delivery
• As People manager for EPAM employees who resolves conflicts, manages staffing and rotations
• Responsible for delivery management (plan, manage, & monitor delivery schedule & milestones)
• Manage communication, collaboration and bring it all together
• Communicate effectively with the stakeholders and/or senior management on daily/weekly status, risks, issues and impediments
• Guide the team in using Artificial Intelligence
  
  

Requirements

• University degree Engineering, computer science or a related discipline
• 6+ years of work experience in Project Management/Delivery Management
• Experience in Capital Markets and knowledgeable in the trade life cycle of at least one financial product
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, building teams from scratch
• Good knowledge of and skills in facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
• Confident decision maker with proven experience in communicating and influencing key stakeholders
• Agile way of thinking
• Basic Artificial Intelligence knowledge is required
• Cloud experience is a must
• Capability to work in the client's office, frequency will be aligned with the client's working cadence

An artificial intelligence system is software that is developed with one or more techniques that can, for a given set of human-defined objectives, using algorithmic information processing, generate outputs such as content, predictions, recommendations, or decisions with varying levels of autonomy (“AI”).
