Developing, implementing, and continuously improving valuation processes to ensure compliance with policies, standards, and regulatory requirements while proactively mitigating risk.
Providing strategic recommendations on commercial agreement structures and asset configurations to maximize value, while communicating complex valuation methodologies and findings clearly to senior leaders and other stakeholders.
Conducting financial analysis for asset acquisitions, divestitures, and development opportunities, while delivering timely, accurate, and consistent results and mentoring junior valuation team members on highly complex projects exceeding $100 million in value.
Supporting commercial due diligence activities for major development and acquisition opportunities, including evaluating opportunities and contributing to the structuring of transaction terms and conditions.
Contributing valuation insights and supporting materials for the development and annual refresh of the EPCOR Strategic Plan.
Providing analytical support and specialized valuation expertise for ad hoc business initiatives, projects, and strategic priorities.
