We are currently seeking a highly motivated Payments Analyst to join our e-commerce team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about the e-commerce industry and eager to learn and grow within a dynamic environment.

As a Payments Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the payments operations, including traditional and alternative transactions, within our e-commerce platform. This position requires shift work and 24/7 support coverage.

Assist in the day-to-day operations of the payments function, including monitoring transactions, reconciling accounts, and resolving payment-related issues for both traditional and alternative payments.
Monitor payment gateways and systems to ensure proper functioning and troubleshoot any technical issues or errors.
Conduct routine analysis of payment data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization in both traditional and alternative payment channels.
Collaborate with internal teams, including finance, customer service, and development, to address payment-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
Assist in the implementation of fraud prevention measures and risk management strategies to safeguard against payment fraud and chargebacks.
Stay informed about industry regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices related to payments and security.
Prepare and maintain documentation of payment processes, policies, and procedures for reference and training purposes.
Provide support for ad-hoc projects and initiatives related to payments optimization, process improvement, and system enhancements.
Contribute ideas and suggestions for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of payment operations and enhancing the customer payment experience.
Collaborate with external payment service providers and financial institutions to optimize payment processing and reduce costs.

Qualifications
