Required Skills

• Strong business analysis and requirement gathering experience.
• Expertise in process mapping, workflow analysis, and documentation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, JIRA, or similar platforms.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Enterprise Solutions and IT Service Management environments.
• Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools.
• Certification such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or Agile BA is an added advantage.

• The candidate will work closely with stakeholders, analyze business processes, gather requirements, and support the delivery of enterprise solutions while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Engage with business stakeholders to understand business challenges and propose effective solutions.
• Create Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), and process flows.
• Conduct gap analysis and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with development, testing, and support teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support UAT activities, defect tracking, and solution validation.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder discussions.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices.
