Term: Permanent Full-Time

What you’ll do:

Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and governance committees by delivering executive-ready recommendations, investment analysis, and strategic insights
Identify, assess, and manage operational risks related to analytical models, data, methodologies, reporting processes, and decision-support frameworks while maintaining strong governance, controls, and documentation practices

What you’ll bring:

Strong understanding of fixed income, private credit, mortgages, real estate, equities, derivatives, liquidity management, and liability-driven investment strategies
Proven ability to develop quantitative models, optimization frameworks, scenario analysis, risk dashboards, governance materials, and executive-ready recommendations
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders across Asset Management, Finance, Actuarial, Risk, Product, and Technology functions
Strong documentation, governance, and continuous improvement skills, with experience developing scalable processes, policies, guidelines, controls, and reporting practices
Experience with Python, R, SQL, VBA, Power BI, or similar analytical and automation tools is considered an asset

Career Growth: Regular learning sessions and development opportunities
Total Rewards: Incentive pay, annual salary reviews, employer-paid benefits and pension matching
Time Away: Competitive vacation plus one paid volunteer day each year
Flexibility: Healthy work-life balance with employee wellness always top of mind, complemented by a “dress for your day” approach
