About the Company
Our client is a small, established manufacturing company in Delta, British Columbia looking for an HR Manager to support their growing team. In a smaller business, HR is about more than policies and paperwork. It's about knowing the people, working through issues as they come up and helping managers keep things running smoothly.

Some days you'll be focused on hiring, while other days you'll be helping a manager work through an employee issue or dealing with the practical details that keep the business running. The right person will enjoy that variety, be comfortable making decisions and know when to bring leadership into the conversation. If you enjoy working in a hands-on environment where relationships matter and your contribution makes a difference, we'd like to hear from you.
