ECC is currently looking for an experienced Snow Removal Supervisor to join our growing Edmonton operations.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in quality work, can manage a crew efficiently, and has strong experience in snow removal.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in quality work, can manage a crew efficiently, and has strong experience in snow removal.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years experience in Commercial Snow Removal (foreman or lead hand level preferred)
- Strong experience with:
- Skid Steer operations
- Walk Behind Sweeper Operations
- Experience directing crew and coordinating materials/logistics
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Motivated to keep crews moving
- Someone who isn't afraid of hard work
- Lead and supervise a crew
- Ensure snow removal routes are completed within time expectancy
- Operate equipment and assist with hands-on work
- Coordinate with management and clients when required
- Maintain safe and organized job sites
- Outdoor work environment with exposure to various weather conditions.
- Physical labor requiring lifting, carrying, and maneuvering heavy materials and equipment.
- Travel to various job sites
- Long hours
- Shift time usually starts 1am

Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a snow removal crew, ensuring routes are completed on time while operating equipment and assisting with hands-on work. Coordinate with management and clients as needed, and maintain safe, organized job sites.
Requirements
Applicants need at least three years of commercial snow removal experience, preferably at the foreman or lead-hand level. They should have experience operating skid steers and walk-behind sweepers, coordinating crews and logistics, and demonstrating strong leadership and communication.
