Coach and mentor team members and support knowledge-sharing activities.
Plan and support the definition, documentation, categorization, and packaging of business requirements for projects and initiatives.
Liaise with business and IT management, vendors, and partners on project-related matters.
Lead discussions on strategic direction, best-fit alternatives, and alignment of IT plans with business strategy.
